There are two cabin fans, six avionics bay cooling fans, three IMU fans, and at least one airlock booster fan; there may be more I'm forgetting.

One more thing you could try : Put a duct-booster fan on the ducts leading to the remote rooms; they will deliver a little more heat and cool to those rooms.
